Ashley SteinSko Buffs! Class of 2020 will forever be remembered! Good luck with all of your future endeavors.

What inspired you to come to ENVD?
I was originally in evolutionary biology but soon realized that I wanted to do something with art or design. And after learning more about ENVD and touring the building I knew that's what I wanted to do. I decided to have my emphasis in landscape so that I could still keep the science side of my interest as well!

What is one of the greatest experiences or lessons from your time at CU Boulder that you'll carry with you into the next chapter of your life?
Meeting all of the great people at the university, especially in ENVD. And becoming so close with all of my classmates when we worked for late hours on projects in studio.

Based on what you know now, what is your best piece of advice for other students?
Stick with what you're passionate about! And don’t be afraid to think outside of the box

Favorite memory?
All of the different studios had some of my best memories, hard to pick just one!

What does graduating from college represent for you?
A huge accomplishment. I’m the first in my immediate family to graduate.

What are your plans beyond graduation?
I plan to work for a landscape architecture company in Denver.
