Sacramento, California native Caitlin Berger will graduate this spring with an emphasis on design studies and a lighting design certificate.

What inspired you to come to ENVD ?
I was originally an IPHY major but quickly realized that I wanted to follow my passion for design. Touring the ENVD building, the warm, welcoming environment of ENVD, and being able to see the kind of work students were producing made me extremely excited to switch my major.
What do you think you will miss most from your time at ENVD?
I’m going to miss studio and the people the most.
Describe one of your favorite memories.
Some of my favorite memories from ENVD were working late in studio with a bunch of classmates listening to music and eating cosmos while attempting to complete our work. The Rocky Mountain Showdown still stands to be my favorite college memory.
What are your plans beyond graduation?
My current position at an architecture firm is put on hold due to Covid-19, so I’m just waiting to see how everything plays out.
