Teresa Nugent earned a BA in symbolic Anthropology from the University of Virginia and an MA in English Literature from The College of William and Mary, where she wrote a thesis about James Joyce’s Molly Bloom. She completed her PhD in English Literature at the University of Colorado Boulder, specializing in Renaissance poetry and drama. Since 2005, Teresa has taught online courses for the Division of Continuing Education at CU-Boulder, as well as courses on campus for the Department of English. Her teaching and research interests include the history of British literature, Shakespeare studies, pedagogy, and educational technology.
