ENGL 1001-003: Freshman Writing Seminar (Fall 2018)

This course offers students an opportunity to practice composition skills in order to write literate, forceful and persuasive essays. Participants will work to develop a clean, efficient writing style. We will also discuss strategies for engaging readers, organizing paragraphs and essays, integrating sources, and avoiding common errors.
