Balsells Fellowship Program
From 2010 until 2020, the Balsells Fellowship Program provided full funding for 52 students seeking MS and PhD engineering degrees within the College of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Colorado Boulder. Although the historical sponsorship of the program has ended, CU Boulder is building on its outstanding relationships with Catalan universities, and providing new opportunities and support for excellent Catalan and other European students to undertake graduate study in engineering and applied science. Balsells Mobility Program
The Balsells International Mobility Program provided a unique and competitive opportunity for 54 students from the Catalunya region of Spain to complete their final Bachelor's or Master's projects as a semester-long research internship in a campus laboratory. Starting with the 2020-21 academic year, the University of Colorado Boulder is providing a similar opportunity to Catalan and other European students through the Europe-Colorado Program.
