Kaitlin Mork is a PhD candidate in the Research and Evaluation Methodology program at the University of Colorado Boulder School of Education. She obtained a Bachelor of Individualized Studies from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities with concentrations in Statistics, Psychology, and Educational Psychology. Kaitlin is pursuing interests at the intersection of quantitative methods and policy with a particular interest in school accountability. Her dissertation uses quasi-experimental methods to estimate the causal effect of receiving funding to participate in one of two Colorado turnaround programs on student outcomes relative to not receiving funding to particulate in a turnaround program.
