Taylor Halowell

Taylor joined the University of Boulder as an access coordinator in October 2024. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences from the University of Wyoming. Prior to joining CU Boulder, Taylor worked as an adult case manager at Imagine!/A&I Avenues supporting adults with disabilities access services through Colorado Medicaid waivers. Her professional areas of interest include disability studies, universal design, and supporting students with self-advocacy. Outside of the office, Taylor enjoys being outdoors, thrifting/antiquing, exploring Colorado's local breweries and enjoying concerts at Red Rocks or Mishawaka Amphitheatre.
