Registration for CU Boulder Disability Services Transition Program
To participate, you must have already completed the intake process and have been determined eligible for accommodations through Disability Services. If you have not yet completed the intake process, please contact us at 303-492-8671. Any student that completes the RSVP form below without completing the intake process is not eligible to attend the Transition Program.
In order to participate in the Transition Program, you must complete the below RSVP form. By completing this form, you will reserve your space in the program. Program space is extremely limited, as we only have space for 60 students. A waiting list will be created if necessary. Once the form is completed, you will hear from Disability Services confirming your reservation.
