In-Person: Join us for a Mat Pilates class in which people with mobility challenges can experience the benefits of isolated movement, gaining stamina, boosting muscle strength as well as increasing endorphins for that “feel good” feeling. Regardless of the reason for mobility challenges, Mat Pilates has many exercises that can be done from a seated position. Our Inclusive Pilates class will be adapted, by instructor coaching, to fit anyone’s ability.
