Goal 2: Colleges, schools, and support units will prioritize and invest in initiatives that address inequities in undergraduate, graduate and professional student achievement outcomes.

Action 1

Maintain parity in four-year graduation rates among Black, Indigenous and other students of color and white students at or above the campus-leading levels achieved in 2018.

Raise awareness of classroom climate data for Leeds Graduate Programs through collegewide presentations and the development of recommendations for classroom practices to improve climate.
