Matt Bonoma completed his MBA with a focus in Entrepreneurship in 2009 at the University of Colorado at Boulder. After graduating, Matt joined Red Idea Partners, and worked across many of the company’s consulting and venture engagements in the food and beverage industry. In addition to his duties as General Manager, Matt focused on strategic growth planning for Red Idea’s venture-backed businesses, as well as due diligence and financial planning/pro forma projections. Matt has worked with hundreds of food and beverage businesses focused primarily in the natural and organic industries.
In 2018, Matt transitioned out of his role at Red Idea in order to pursue new entrepreneurial opportunities. He remains an equity Partner in Red Idea, as well as a member of the company's Advisory Board.
Matt earned his BA in Economics from Emory University and worked as the Operations/General Manager for a telecommunications firm outside of Boston before moving to Colorado to pursue his MBA.
