Eric is a Senior Vice President in Pacific Western Bank’s Venture Lending practice in Denver. He has 20 years of experience providing banking solutions to the startup and innovation ecosystem as well as the investors who fuel that economy. Eric has worked with entrepreneurial start-up and growth stage companies of all sizes in various roles, including relationship development, lending, and risk management. He currently works directly with venture capital and private equity firms to provide credit at multiple levels, including funds and management companies. His responsibilities include risk and portfolio management as well as business development in the broader Rocky Mountain and Midwest regions. In his role Eric works with all sizes of venture capital and private equity firms from first time emerging funds to later stage firms that have multiple fund vehicles.
Eric earned his MS in Finance and MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Eric enjoys listening to live music and spending time with his family pursuing Colorado’s world class fly fishing and skiing.
