Beer and bread have been staples of the human diet for thousands of years. CU Museum of Natural History's "News of Old Brews" is a private event which provides a unique learning and tasting experience for those interested in the storied history of heritage grains and kvass, a variety of bread-based beer that can be traced back at least 50-centuries! Join us for an epic evening, that includes dinner in the BioLounge plus some lively lectures about Beer and Bread in Paleontology Hall.
