Winter Break Prescription Refills
If you need a refill during winter break, please submit a refill request by Monday, Dec 20 as it may take up to 3 business days to process your request. To request a refill please go to the MyCUHealth Portal, click the forms tab and open and complete the CAPS Refill Request form. Refill requests received during our closure will be processed upon our return on January 3. If a refill is needed prior to our return and was not requested prior to December 20, please consider the following options:
- Your pharmacy is usually able to provide a 3 day emergency refill for non-controlled medications
- If you are not able to get a refill from the pharmacy, please contact your primary care provider, urgent care or the ER for a bridge refill and submit a refill request after January 3.
