Appointment Verification

If you visit Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS) for a walk-in or scheduled appointment, you may receive appointment verification upon request.

Accommodations Documentation

If you are looking for a letter documenting symptoms, diagnosis or providing support for accommodations, please consult with your provider early on. This process can take several months to complete.

CAPS does not write specific ESA letters. Providers are unable to make a recommendation for an animal or sign any documentation that states the animal is required for the student to adequately function.

Class Excuse Letters

Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS) cannot provide excuse letters for classes.
