Kristina is originally from Russia where she obtained her Master’s degree in Psychology and Social Psychology. She is Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Addiction Specialist in the state of Colorado. Before joining CAPS in 2021, Kristina worked in several different settings that include:

  • inpatient behavioral health
  • residential treatment
  • intensive outpatient team
  • her own private practice

Kristina has experience in several counseling techniques including ACT, Solution Focused Therapy, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD.  Kristina has extensive knowledge working and treating clients with common psychological disorders including anxiety, depression, substance use, PTSD, Bipolar disorder, Psychotic disorders. 

Languages spoken: Russian, Polish, English

  • MA: Psychology and Social Psychology, International Independent University of Environmental and Political Sciences, Russia.
