Audrey Blankenheim
LPC • Embedded Therapist for the College of Engineering and Applied Science

Audrey completed her MA in Educational Psychology with an Emphasis in Counseling and Student Personnel Psychology from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. Her previous work includes college counseling, career counseling and academic coaching. Audrey is passionate about supporting college students as they navigate the intersection of their academic goals and mental health.

College can be an exciting time, but it can also be one filled with anxiety, uncertainty, loneliness and self-doubt. To support college students, Audrey leans on a collaborative, compassionate approach to therapy. She believes therapy can be a powerful space to deepen self-awareness, learn skills to help clients better relate to themselves and others and normalize the human experience. Audrey relies on evidence-based practices including Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, self-compassion, mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

In her free time, Audrey loves spending time with her two dogs, reading, listening to new podcasts, visiting national parks and exploring hiking trails.
