Petty Cash, Change Funds & Gift Cards Update

The Gift Card Authorization Request (GC) form was revised to include:

• New modification request options including Change End Date and Other Change.
• A streamlined recognition program documentation process
  • Check out the new and convenient Recognition Program Authorization (RPA) form to replace the format of the previously narrated document.
• Clarification of the submission process
  • By submitting a copy of the GC form to pettycash@colorado.edu after obtaining a departmental signature, CCO will review and approve the request for you.
