Join us for this lunchtime research talk by Tiara Na'puti, Assistant Professor in the Depaartment on Communication. Professor Na'puti is a member of the Chamoru (Chamorro) diaspora from Guahan (Guam). She has testified at the United Nations Special Political and Decolonization Committee (4th Commitee) on the Political status of Guahan.
