As an AP photographer in San Diego, Gregory Bull (Jour’91) covers everything from sports to immigration to drought. More than any other assignment, the continual pressure of sports to “predict what will happen next and respond quickly at just the right moment” has honed his skills, he says. Next summer he will cover gymnastics at the Olympics in Tokyo.
