During her time at CSUF, Izzy served as President of the History Student Association and the Theta-Pi Chapter of Phi Alpha Theta, studied abroad in Amsterdam, and researched Saint Paul and the Jewish Diaspora in Athens. She was also an editor for The Welebaethan’s 52nd volume and was an archival intern at the Lawrence de Graaf Center for Oral and Public History.
Izzy’s primary research interest lies in the history and hagiography of Christian women martyrs in Late Antiquity. She is currently a teaching assistant in the Art History Department at CU Boulder.
