Tutoring & Advising
Advising
Academic advising is a crucial resource for a student's time at CU Boulder. Students should first reach out to their academic advisor, who supports them throughout their undergraduate journey. The current advisors for chemistry majors are Tabs and Jordyn, although students are welcome to connect with the advisor that best suits their needs.
If you would like chemistry-specific support (e.g. chemistry class enrollment, departmental scholarships), please email chemundergrad@colorado.edu or visit Cristol 100.
Tutoring
Thank you for your interest in obtaining a tutor list. We are currently compiling and verifying tutor information, and we expect the list to be available shortly after the Labor Day weekend.
As a friendly reminder, the semester has only just begun, so we encourage you to begin engaging with the resources already available to support your success in your courses.
If you are not already aware, the Department of Chemistry offers Help Room hours for many of our largest undergraduate courses. Information about Help Room schedules, locations, and availability should be provided by your teaching assistant and/or included in your course syllabus.
We encourage you to take advantage of these resources as those tutoring times are at no additional cost to you.
Thank you for your patience, and we will share the tutor list as soon as it is ready.
