“My team and I are working on an autonomous land-rover type robot for the Colorado Robotics Challenge. I started this team in the fall and took the role as team lead. This spring semester, since I am graduating and busy looking for work after graduation, I am happy to support the team as a testing engineer and taking more of a support role. My goal before I graduate is to set up this team to have a good challenge in April, and also be ready to hit the floor running next year with a new team lead and solid team members.
“After graduation I hope to move to the Pacific Northwest and look for work in research or any capacity that allows me to think scientifically. I have been lucky enough to have had incredible experiences in both biological and physical science research labs, so I plan on continuing to seek out those experiences after graduation, whether that be in the workplace or through grad school.”
