Spring Graduate Fellowship Application
In Spring 2025, the Mortenson Center in Global Engineering & Resilience has fellowship funds to offer to Global Engineering and Global Environmental Engineering Professional MS and research MS and PhD students who are enrolled in the Global Engineering Graduate Certificate Program. (BAM students are eligible if they are in the MS portion of their studies.) These funds will be applied directly to the student’s Bursar’s account and are to be used for educational expenses related to global engineering activities.
Although the funds are not earmarked, it is our intent that they be used for students’ personal educational costs such as tuition and fees, textbooks and practicum expenses. Students should apply separately for conference and research travel support through the travel grant application. Funding amounts historically have ranged between $1,000-$2,500 per individual.
These fellowships may impact other financial aid, so you are responsible for knowing the personal financial aid/taxable impact; if you have an account balance, the Bursar’s office will apply the scholarship to your bill before the remainder is refunded.
Deadline to apply is 11:59pm on Sunday, March 16, 2025.
