Research Interests: I am interested in transdisciplinary models of psychopathology and clinical psychology with an emphasis in substance use and underrepresented populations. I aspire to continue researching methods to prevent substance dependence, detect harmful behaviors, and examine mental stability as this is an area where I am very passionate. The research being carried out at CUChange is the perfect platform to deepen my understanding on recreational cannabis use, and psychological and biological health.

About Me: I recently relocated to Colorado from California. Having a huge past in athletics, fitness and health are two attributes of my identity. I truly enjoy being in involved in sports if not competing. I also enjoy journaling and listening to old school music like Bill Withers and Lauryn Hill. I have a heart for at risk/ inner city communities and I strongly believe in improving one’s quality of life through education, community support and activism.
