“Physical Activity and Cannabis Use Effects (PACE)”

PACE Logo

Reason for this study: The purpose of the study is to examine potential differences between real-world, commercially available Sativa Dominant and Indica Dominant strains on responses to exercise. Several anecdotal reports in the media suggest that there is a difference between strains. However, it is unclear if different chemotypes of cannabis strains can affect the relationship between use and physical activity. As physical fitness and exercise are important predictors of overall health and quality of life, it is important to understand how cannabis use may influence the experience of exercise.
