Research Interests: Through my experience working with trauma-affected populations and researching harm reduction-based interventions, I have developed a deep commitment to understanding how substance use behaviors interact with psychological and physical health outcomes to promote health and/or confer risk, broadly. My current work focuses on tailoring interventions to better address the unique needs of clinical populations with cannabis use disorder, particularly those with co-occurring conditions like insomnia and/or PTSD.
About Me: Originally from Denver, I'm an avid skier and hiker. After working in Spain for a year, I also mastered the art of relaxing in parks. Lastly, I recently became a certified yoga teacher and currently teach at the CU Rec Center!
