Emily Kramer
Graduate Students

Research Interests: I am interested in the psychology of nutrition and understanding the sociocultural and psychological factors that influence food choices, eating behaviors, and dietary identities. In my first year, I am excited to narrow my focus and further develop my research interests.

About Me: I received my bachelor’s degree in 2015 from Auburn University (War Eagle!), where I studied psychology and economics. My first research assistant role as an undergrad involved helping with psychological evaluations at a juvenile detention center, and I’ve been working in psychology research ever since. In 2017, I moved to Denver and began working at the VA as the project coordinator for a randomized controlled trial testing an online insomnia intervention for veterans. Outside of work, I love doing all of the Colorado mountain activities, cooking and trying new workout classes.
