Bradley Headshot
Junior studying Neuroscience, on track to graduate in December 2025.

Research Interests:
My research focuses on adolescent mental health, with a particular interest in how simple lifestyle changes—such as nutrition, exercise, sleep, and mindfulness—can help mitigate modern-day depression and anxiety in youth, which are at an all-time high right now. I am especially interested in exploring alternative treatments that move away from conventional antidepressants, aiming to reduce their side effects while promoting long-term well-being, specifically in cases that require medication.

Responsibilities:
As an undergraduate research assistant, I assist with participant recruitment, screening, scheduling, and data collection. I ensure data integrity, manage datasets using REDCap, and contribute to study coordination and analysis. Additionally, I have developed AI-based tools to streamline participant management and improve research efficiency. I currently assist with the AMBER, SONIC, QUARTZ, PISCES, and ARCTIC studies.

About Me:
I grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, and came to CU Boulder to take full advantage of the Rockies while pursuing my education. Outside of research, I enjoy working out, skiing, reading, listening to music, and following college sports. After graduation, I plan to pursue a Ph.D. in clinical psychology or explore other healthcare-related fields where I can apply my background in neuroscience and mental health research.
