Ava Ballinger

Majoring in psychology; Pre-Med track

Research interests:  I am interested in research related to substance use. Specifically research related to Cannabis/Alcohol use, and their impacts on human cognition. I hope to better understand holistic medicinal practices as well. I am very passionate about mental health and plan to treat and diagnose mental disorders in the future. 

About me: I am a senior at the University of Colorado Boulder.  I am a proud Colorado native.  In my free time I enjoy skiing, lifting, cooking, and hiking. I love concerts, and quality time with my friends and family.  After obtaining my undergrad I plan to continue my education at medical school and become a psychiatrist.
