As new members of the PRISM, OASIS, and COBRA study team and CUChange, Elicia and Luiza were quickly brought up to speed by our amazing existing team members in data collection techniques and other day-to-day duties of our lab PRAs. They were inspired and have taken it upon themselves to begin developing updated training materials that allow new lab personnel (PRA and undergraduates) to quickly learn lab skills and ensure that they are learning all the necessary components required for these complex jobs. They leaned on their own experiences and created systems and documentation, as well as resources to utilize if any new personnel have questions. They hope to finish and launch these new tools at the start of the spring semester with the two new undergrads that will be joining our lab. Way to go Elicia and Luiza!
