Eduardo and Scott by Patrick Greaney

A documentary film about the transhemispheric queer friendship of the Argentinian artist Eduardo Costa (born 1940) and the American artist Scott Burton (1939-1989). The film will be shot in Costa’s studio and home in Buenos Aires and will center on Costa talking about their friendship and on Costa looking at Burton’s photos, letters, and personal items, as well as Costa’s own works that respond to Burton’s, including the moving work that Costa made in homage to Burton and that contains Burton’s ashes.
