Benson Center Newsletter - Scott Atlas this Wednesday

Join us on Wednesday, November 15 at 5:30 pm for a conversation with Scott Atlas (MD, Robert Wesson Senior Fellow in health policy at the Hoover Institution of Stanford University). He will review what was known since the early days of the pandemic, the results of the failed management under two administrations, and the lessons learned to prevent this from happening again. VSCTP Todd Zywicki moderates; this is the last lecture of the VSCTP speaker series for fall. In-person or live stream, registration is required. 

Students are invited to join Professor Daniel Jacobson, Director of the Benson Center, for a preview of Dr. Scott Atlas' lecture. What, if anything, have we learned from the mistakes of pandemic policy, and from what we got right? And how can the public health establishment regain the trust it lost by pursuing failed policies and misinforming the public? Space is limited and restricted to students. Event begins at 4 pm in the Atlas Institute Room 202 (ATLS 202) and will end in time for students to attend Dr. Atlas' lecture at 5:30 pm.
