Free and open to the public.

This landmark 2014 Supreme Court decision is the first to recognize a corporation’s claim of religious belief. It struck down the requirement that Hobby Lobby, a nationwide chain of retail arts and crafts stores, provide contraceptive coverage to its female employees. An expert panel will assess the broader implications of this decision.
