Research Assistant • Master's Student
CEDaR
Nastaran is enrolled in the civil engineering master's program at CU Boulder. She completed her first master’s degree in urban planning at Allameh Tabatabai University in Tehran, Iran. She previously worked as a research assistant in public space and neighborhood improvement in the Department of Transportation in Tehran, Iran. She also taught Fundamentals to Urban Planning and Design Studio, and Introduction to ArcGIS as a lecturer at Tarh Rasm Parseh University.
Nastaran currently works for CEDaR, conducting research on evaluating green space in the Denver area. She seeks to further develop her academics in environmental studies, energy and sustainability, climate change impacts, mitigation and adaptation.
