98 LCB 01 - A Bill to Propose Constitutional Amendments for the Spring 2023 CUSG Election
Proposed changes to the constitution by leg council below
Each Joint Board shall have up to two (2) non-student voting appointees. The term for these members shall be two (2) years.
The Cultural Events Board (CEB), Distinguished Speakers Board (DSB), and Student Organization Allocations Committee (SOAC) shall be exempt from this requirement.
The Cultural Events Board (CEB) shall be allowed to appoint up to an additional six (6) voting members, subject to ratification by the Legislative Council. One seat must still be maintained for a post-baccalaureate student and one for a Representative-at-Large.
