Transportation Services and Parking Services to reunite

As a part of the continued reorganization of Business, Finance and Infrastructure, Todd Haggerty, senior vice chancellor for business, finance and infrastructure, has announced that Transportation Services and Parking Services will reform as a unified organization. Scott McCarey will continue as director of transportation and report to Tom McGann, leader of Parking Services, beginning January 1, 2026. 

The decision leverages the strengths and talents of both departments and creates opportunities for smoother, service-oriented approaches to operations. The development of new teaching and student housing space creates a greater need to be thoughtful and innovative in the ways people get to and around campus. Bringing Parking and Transportation together better aligns campus resources and infrastructure with CU Boulder’s mission.
