What is ANDing?

As a made-up word, ANDing implies play—with subject matter, interest exploration and self-reflection. People who AND realize their true selves as they integrate ideas, interests, research, identities and experiences. They become more well-rounded, combine disparate interests and create synergistic connections across ways of thinking that spur innovation and a bright future.
