Personnel Administration, Senior Human Resources Manager/Appointing Authority

Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management (Staff)
    • Serves as college point of contact for questions related to staff performance management process and related policies
    • Receives and processes performance management plans and evaluations from Units
      • Submits completed performance management documents to Campus Human Resources Employee Relations
  • Faculty Evaluation & Merit
  • Dispute Resolution—Grievances (Step 1) and Disputes (Step 1) (Staff)
  • Progressive Discipline (Staff)
  • Resignations and Retirements (Staff)
    • Works with the Director of Personnel to initiate close out protocol with employee, supervisor, Human Resources Service Center and Dean's Office
    • Processes the vacancy for position review or fill initiation
  • Policy Consultation (Staff)
