UMC Events Planning & Catering is your full-service event planning resource for CU and the Boulder area. From our beautiful outdoor locations with spectacular views of the Flatirons to the largest ballroom in Boulder, we have the perfect space for your event. UMC Events Planning & Catering offers a wide variety of event services, premier to casual, including

We’ll work with you to plan the kind of event you want for parties from 10 to 1,200 guests. You can choose from our popular menu items, or we can make your favorite recipes – we offer some truly delicious international cuisine.

Events with Alcohol
If you desire to have alcohol served at your event, we will assist you with the process. CU’s Campus Alcohol Agent is located in our office.

We can help you schedule rooms in the UMC and elsewhere on the CU campus. Call or visit us in UMC room 140, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the Fall and Spring semesters (7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during summer).
