Each spring the BFA presents up to twelve members of the Boulder Faculty Senate with awards for faculty excellence, recognizing their outstanding work. These awards are especially notable because Boulder Campus colleagues make the nominations as well as the selections of award recipients. Instructors are eligible to be nominated. Up to four awards each will be granted for excellence in the areas of teaching; service; and research, scholarly and creative work.
The Chancellor provides funds for these prestigious awards. Recipients will each be granted $3,000 and will be honored by colleagues, family and friends at a reception at the end of spring semester. Nomination packets may be delivered in electronic form as a single "pdf" file, or in paper format. Only complete packets will be accepted.
