Nomination Instructions
Nominations should not be "recycled" from the past, but rather should be prepared for this award cycle. Nominating packets must contain the following materials in the following order:
- A cover letter from the person nominating the faculty member. If several people are nominating the faculty member they should jointly prepare one cover letter and cosign it.
- 3 to 6 testimonial letters from faculty members. Letters may be prepared and jointly signed by more than one faculty member. Submit signed letters if at all possible. If a signature is not possible, please include a copy of the email to which the letter was attached for confirmation purposes.
- 3 to 6 testimonial letters from students currently enrolled at UCB. Testimonial letters should not be submitted by students currently enrolled in the nominee's classes to avoid possible conflicts of interest.
