With the free Student Self-Service Site, accessed through MyCUInfo, current students have the ability to perform the following services securely online, 24/7:
The Verification of Enrollment is official and does not require a signature or seal from the university. It contains the dates of the term, student status and anticipated graduation date, and is specific to each student. It may be submitted to loan, insurance or other requesting companies, and to the military as proof of enrollment. Click here for a sample.
The Office of the Registrar will also provide direct verification services to former students. All mail and fax requests are processed within three business days at no charge.
Please submit a written request by walk-in, fax or mail to the Office of the Registrar.

For employers and other institutions seeking information on students and former students, fee-based verification services are provided by the National Student Clearinghouse.
Verifications are also available directly through the fee-based National Student Clearinghouse website for individuals without MyCUInfo access.
Verifications of Degree can be ordered by third parties, current and former students.
Current or Former Students: Verifications of degree can be found at the top of every transcript once degrees are posted. Diplomas also serve as verifications of degree; diplomas are mailed out a few weeks after graduation.
The Office of the Registrar will offer limited services on Friday, Feb. 13, from 9 to 11 a.m.
