A new electronic submission tool is now available for CU Boulder Principal Investigators to initiate a Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) or Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). This submission form was developed as an efficient, one stop for providing the information needed to begin an MTA or NDA.
In addition to providing the information needed to start working on the agreement, there are “trigger” mechanisms within the tool that generate automatic emails to other compliance offices (Office of Export Control, Office of Environmental Health and Safety). This feature allows those offices to simultaneously begin their review while the Office of Contracts and Grants (OCG) negotiates the agreement.
Delegation of signature authority for Material Transfer Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements on the Boulder campus was transferred from the Technology Transfer Office (TTO) to OCG as of July 1, 2016.
