Admission to the ICS undergraduate certificate program is approved by the academic program director. Students are encouraged to enroll in the program during their sophomore year and no later than the beginning of their junior year. The application form for the program is available in the ICS main office at Muenzinger Psychology, Room D414. Students interested in the program should meet with the academic program director for assistance in filling out the program of study for the certificate. The program director will approve the enrollment on the basis of the information provided on the student’s application. Students enrolled in the program are encouraged to meet with a faculty fellow of ICS from their major department at least once per year to review their progress in the program. When they believe they have completed the requirements, the student should submit an unofficial transcript and request a review.
Application forms may be downloaded and brought to the Institute office in Muenzinger D414.
