These Resources pages are another dimension of our commitment to providing campus with mental health information and support. These pages are designed to provide you access to self-help information that you can access at your convenience.
If you would like to speak to a counselor about any of these topics, please feel free to walk-in or call-in 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.
Perhaps you have been exploring questions and concerns in your own life and have been considering coming in to talk with someone. Perhaps you are already working with a counselor and want to learn more about issues you have been struggling with. Maybe you are worried about a friend and wondering how to help.
