Online Training Classes
Web Express training sessions have moved online for the remainder of the semester. Taking part in the online course requires participants to have three things set up in order to participate; Zoom meeting, CU’s VPN and the training assets downloaded.
Zoom Meeting:
If you are new to Zoom meeting allow fifteen to thirty minutes to follow OIT’s tutorial to download and set up the Zoom application. After the Zoom application is installed, use the meeting link to join the meeting.
Training assets:
Download the training assets zip file so you may access it during the training.
Training sites:
You will receive an email inviting you to set up your access for your training website. This is the site you will use during the training session to learn how to use the features in Web Express. Use the link to log in with your IdentiKey. Access to the training site is only available from a University network connection. You will need access to CU's VPN so please make sure you have the VPN set up and running before class begins.
