Katy Sill

Katy Sill is a Water and Sanitation Advisor in the USAID Water Office in the Bureau for Economic Growth, Education and Environment. Katy is an environmental engineer with experience in WASH policy development and implementation, gender integration, training and outreach, data analysis and research. Katy has a Ph.D. and M.S. In Civil (Environmental) Engineering from CU Boulder and a B.S. In Biological Systems Engineering from UC Davis.
