Jesse is a Doctoral student in Epidemiology at the University of Michigan. Jesse’s research focuses on waterborne pathogens and diarrheal diseases in children under five in low- and middle-income countries. His interests include social and environmental influences on disease transmission, water access and sanitation coverage, and epidemiologic methodology for waterborne diseases. Jesse’s current research projects include the health effects of wastewater reuse for agricultural irrigation in central Mexico and health disparities related to WASH access among the Bedouin of southern Israel. Jesse received his M.P.H. in Epidemiology from the University of Michigan.
