- The Recreation Center will be offering students free fitness classes Jan. 16 to Jan. 22 and free martial arts and dance classes Jan. 23 to Jan. 28. Several Intramural Sports and Sport Club meetings will be taking place at The Rec during this time, as well.
- From Sunday, Dec. 18, to Saturday, Dec. 31, all CU Boulder faculty and staff with a valid Buff OneCard will receive free entry to the Recreation Center, including free bouldering, ice skating and fitness classes.
- Next week during finals, be sure to take a study break and burn off some stress with free fitness classes, bouldering and ice skating rentals at The Rec. Open to students and members only.
- Air Force Senior Master Sgt. Tresse King will be honored in a halftime ceremony at today's basketball season opener, where her son George King will be playing guard for the Buffs.
- Help CU end Stanford's six-year winning streak! From Oct. 24 through 28, log your minutes of physical activity to help CU prove we are the most active campus in the Pac-12.
- CU volleyball hosts its annual Buffs Beat Cancer Match on Friday. All fans are encouraged to wear pink, and the first 250 fans will receive a free pink T-shirt.
- Homecoming Weekend is here! Join in on the traditions that make this one of the most spirited weekends of the fall.
- Cheer on your Buffs soccer squad as they fight to win 10 games in a row. The Buffs take on the Washington Huskies on Friday at 3 p.m.
- CU Boulder's two recent Olympic Bronze Medalists, Emma Coburn and Jenny Simpson will serve as official starters at the 31st Annual Rocky Mountain Shootout on Saturday, which is CU's only home cross country meet. Then they head to Folsom Stadium where they will tailgate with alumni before being called out between the first and second quarters in the game vs. Oregon State. Join in the celebration.
- Football and tailgates go together like black and gold. At CU Boulder, tradition and pride unite at Ralphie’s Corral: The Official CU Tailgate. Hosted by the Alumni Association, Ralphie’s Corral is free and open to everyone.
